Montino Roberts is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Proficient Business Services, bringing over 30 years of leadership in information technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. He leads PBS with a people-first philosophy, believing technology should empower individuals, strengthen organizations, and enrich communities.
With more than three decades of experience in the information technology discipline, Montino Roberts brings a rare combination of technical depth, commercial acumen, and leadership perspective to Proficient Business Services. As Founder and Executive Chairman, he has guided PBS through highly competitive environments while maintaining a strong focus on brand integrity, trust, and long-term value.
Montino holds a master’s degree in Information Technology and Project Management Methodologies and has earned several of the most respected international professional certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems (CPHIMS), and Project Management Professional (PMP). He has served on multiple boards of directors for impactful organizations, contributing strategic insight and governance expertise.
Widely recognized as one of the most influential figures in the IT field in the country, Montino is known for his ability to leverage technology to deliver secure, effective, and cost-conscious solutions. Equally important to his professional accomplishments is his deep commitment to leadership development and mentorship. He is widely respected for his tireless efforts to inspire young people, create opportunity, and help emerging leaders maximize their full potential.

Chenson Johnson is the Acting Chief Visionary Officer of Proficient Business Services, where he helps guide strategic direction, service evolution, and long-term growth across regional markets. He brings a people-centered leadership approach focused on clarity, confidence, and sustainable execution.
Chenson Johnson is a technology and business leader serving as the Acting Chief Visionary Officer of Proficient Business Services. In this role, he plays a key part in shaping PBS’s strategic direction, strengthening its service delivery model, and supporting long-term growth across regional and small-island markets.
His professional background spans managed services, integrated security, and enterprise technology operations within hybrid and distributed team environments. Chenson is known for aligning strategy with execution, improving operational maturity, and building scalable, resilient service models designed to perform in complex and resource-constrained contexts.
Chenson holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Oakland University, graduating with honors in 2019. He has completed the dissertation requirements for his MBA through Robert Kennedy College in partnership with the University of Cumbria and is currently awaiting final assessment and award.

Ethan Munnings serves as PBS’s Chief Technical & Solutions Architect, bringing deep expertise across cloud computing, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Known for his rapid growth and technical leadership, Ethan plays a key role in designing and managing complex environments that support PBS’s most critical client systems.
Ethan Munnings is the youngest Chief Technical & Solutions Architect ever appointed at Proficient Business Services, a reflection of both his technical depth and leadership capability. With over a decade of experience in the IT industry — beginning his career as a technician — Ethan’s progression speaks to his commitment, discipline, and mastery of complex technologies.
He holds multiple international certifications in emerging areas such as cloud computing, virtualization, and artificial intelligence, and has successfully led and managed diverse data center environments supporting a wide range of technology platforms. Ethan has overseen and delivered complex cloud initiatives, including large-scale data migrations and the design and implementation of private cloud solutions.
Through these engagements, he has worked closely with global technical leaders and now leads a team of certified IT specialists responsible for infrastructure and cloud computing services at PBS. Beyond his technical role, Ethan is widely respected for his ability to translate complex technologies into practical understanding and for his dedication to mentoring young IT professionals. He is currently expanding his leadership capabilities by pursuing an MBA.

At PBS, she oversees operational performance, financial strategy, and organizational controls that ensure stability, transparency, and long-term sustainability.

His background spans engineering leadership, business transformation, and strategic execution—allowing him to bridge technical excellence with real-world business outcomes.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (MMIE), which strengthens his expertise in startup development, organizational design, and growth strategy. Keerhan is deeply committed to mentoring emerging professionals and promoting design-led problem solving, believing that people, systems, and organizations perform best when designed with intention and care.

As CEO of Graylogic Technologies, he has led the development of advanced solutions in AI/ML, cloud computing, enterprise customization, and mobile application development for a wide range of clients.
In addition to his work in enterprise technology, Srinivas is the co-founder of UrbanKisaan, a Y Combinator–backed startup that leverages hydroponics and artificial intelligence to transform urban agriculture. His work reflects a strong commitment to applying technology in ways that drive sustainability, efficiency, and long-term impact.
Srinivas is known for architecting scalable, disruptive solutions and for championing development methodologies that significantly accelerate delivery timelines. His reusable code generation frameworks have reduced development cycles by as much as 80%, empowering teams to innovate faster while maintaining quality and performance. His leadership bridges advanced technology with real-world application across both software and AgriTech sectors.

Lorna Pierre is the Chief People & Service Experience Architect (CPSEA) at Proficient Business Services, where she leads the integration of people strategy, service delivery, and organizational culture. Her work ensures that employee experience and client experience are intentionally designed, aligned, and mutually reinforcing.
Her professional background spans human resources, IT service management, and organizational operations, enabling her to bridge structured service delivery with human-centered leadership. At PBS, Lorna oversees Tier 1 Service Desk operations, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding and development programs, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen both people performance and service quality.
Lorna holds the ITIL Strategic Leader designation—recognized within the ITIL framework as Master-level—and is SHRM-CP certified. She is also currently pursuing her MBA.
